Happy New Year 2020 and Happy Valentine's Day!
Kinda too late, huh?
But we have been going through so much, so so much these several months until now.From big projects, new job, struggling with mental health, separation, debts, and losing our loved ones. I tell you, that's not easy to cope. Especially when all of them were happening almost like raining down on you.We're struggling internally. Our blog is our dream together to share our mind, hopes, and journals. But life is so heavy these days. Nothing can ever compare to the loss of a parent. Dealing with traumas isn't a something that you can get by in just one week or two.We hope to write something but probably it would be too candid for both of us, while actually, we're so introverted on the inside.
It takes a lifetime for some grief and trauma.
So to conclude, hug your loved ones from now on. You don't always have a good time with your loved ones, we know. But once they are gone, even if you can cry a million dollar to give them what they want, they won't be coming back. Make time for your family, for your beloved ones, partners, kids, whoever matters to you. You don't know when will be the last time you see each other.
Give attention to your self. Check up on your self. Cry if you need to. Share your feelings. And mental illness is not something embarrassing. It's not different with injury in your body, or disease on your skin.

But it's happening in your head. And it takes professional and proper medications. Get help, just like you go to the doctor for measles.
Life is too short for not loving yourself, and spending it with the one that matters.
